The vertical garden is an eco-sustainable project of green architecture that absorbs 25,000 kg of CO2 per year and combines sustainability and decoration.
The hotel has installed in the roof area 75 m2 of Thermal Pickup Tubes which contributes 34% of hot water that the hotel needs.
Recycling of water
A water recycling system, with a volume of over 5,000 liters per day, has been incorporated, which is collected from hotel showers and toilets, for treatment and subsequent reuse. The recovered water is used, among other things, for the Vertical Garden watering system.
Low Power Devices
The lighting of the Hotel is made up of low consumption devices, and has a built-in on and off control system to avoid unnecessary electricity consumption.
