We are pet friendly !

The client who wishes to stay with his dog, must specify it at the time of booking and/or inform the hotel establishment. Only one dog is allowed per reservation and room (Standard, Superior, Panoramic and Suite), and a maximum weight of 10 kg, always with prior confirmation from the hotel.

This service has an additional cost of 30€ per night (VAT included), which includes the disinfection of the rooms, as well as a series of courtesy items for your comfort and that of the animal (bed, feeder and water bowl), subject to availability. The disappearance or damage of these items will incur additional costs. In addition, your dog will receive a surprise welcome gift.

The dog must have a chip and all legally required documentation in force and, in particular, the vaccination card, which can be requested from the owner at check-in.

Dogs considered dangerous according to current regulations, or those showing signs of aggression, disease, lack of hygiene, or are in heat, are not allowed.

Owners must comply with Law 7/2023, of March 28, on the protection of the rights and welfare of animals, and with Law 4/2016, of July 22, on the Protection of Companion Animals of the Community of Madrid, or any regulation that replaces them.

If for any reason the dog physically assaults any customer or causes any damage or damage, any possible expenses arising from such action and / or liability arising therefrom shall be the responsibility of the guest.

In the event of any legal claim, administrative procedure and/or sanction, and/or claim of any kind from a third party against the HOTEL SANTO DOMINGO, derived from the non-compliance by the guest of the content of these clauses or as a result of an inadequate behavior of the dog, the guest shall be liable for any possible expenses derived from such action and/or liability derived from the same.inappropriate behavior of the dog, the latter is obliged to assume the cost of the defense of the HOTEL, including the costs of solicitor and lawyer even if they are not mandatory, as well as any type of responsibility that may be claimed to the same, keeping the same indemnified against any claim of third parties that has its origin in any of the causes mentioned above.

In order for your dog and all our guests to be comfortable and safe, please note the following:
COMMON AREAS AND SPACES:

Access to common areas is limited to transit to the rooms, where they must always wear a collar and leash, as well as a muzzle when appropriate, or carry them in their carrier. Dogs are not allowed in common areas for additional services such as breakfast room, restaurant and swimming pool.

Owners of pets must pick up any droppings and urine that may be produced in the rooms and common areas, for which they may be assisted by the hotel staff.

It is forbidden to feed pets in the common areas.

CONDITIONS FOR THE STAY OF PETS

ACCOMMODATION IN ROOMS:
The owner agrees not to leave the dog alone in the room, except and as an exception, if it is in the hotel facilities and for a maximum period of 1 hour.

Make sure that your dog does not make noise that disturbs other guests.

Do not let your dog climb on beds, armchairs and other furniture in the room.

Dog owners must refrain from using bathtubs, showers, sinks and other toilets to bathe their dogs, as well as the use of hotel towels to dry them.

For reasons of safety and comfort of our staff, the cleaning service of the rooms will be performed only in the absence of the dog. At all times when your dog is inside the room, please keep the "do not disturb" sign hung up, let the room department know when you wish to have the room cleaned.

You will be provided with a document to sign where you state your acceptance and conformity with all the above mentioned conditions. Its compliance is essential for pets to also leave their mark on our hotel.
